Kolomenskoye. Russia and Europe of the XVII century
May 12-13, 2010, in Kolomenskoye, Moscow State United Museum-Reserve holds a scientific and practical conference "Kolomenskoye. Russia and Europe of the XVII Century”.
The Conference is timed to the date of the bookmark of the famous wooden palace of Tsar Alexei Mikhailovich in Kolomenskoye (2-3 May 1667 in the old style). Disassembled in the XVIII century the palace in Kolomenskoye, now recreated in the new place from surviving drawings and images.
The focus of the conference is put on the introduction of a scientific revolution of new sources on the history of the palace and its inhabitants in the XVII century, research stock collections of the museum.
